Remember on the alarm/motion tab I had you check the box show message Sorry I should have said apply on every tab but I hope you did Now go back to week box click it to say Monday notice all unchecked Now go through an make sure all boxes are filled in top row green second row yellow This I feel is where everyone's hang up was cause it was mine an this fixed the issue Under that it will say copy channel 1 to all = click that now make sure ch2 shows it records channel 2 like You wanna check boxes for show message and send email I'm only showing for camera 1 you need to do same settings for all individualy Now there is a test email button press that an make sure you get it.

Receiver = email note you have to create a Gmail just for Dvr so whatever you create substitute and it's password

* side note if you have Gmail Dns1 needs to be 008.008.
