Taking turns brewing in each other’s garages, Tim cultivated his passion for trying, tasting and creating new recipes. He began home brewing in 2009, sometimes attempting to grow his own hops in his garden or trying new yeast strains. Trip to Ireland and the U.K., he discovered an affinity for trying new and regional beers. Throughout high school and after, he worked downtown at Phillips Lumber and became a regular at Sam’s Pizza.

Tim grew up in Cedar Hill, graduated from Cedar Hill High School and was an Eagle Scout in Troop 520.
